This Sport series jump rope by Excellerator is equipped with ergonomic handles mounted on ball bearings, allowing increased speed with more comfort during the effort. In addition, the handles can be weighted by 154gms (optional) in order to develop strength of wrist and arms.

- 6mm adjustable vinyl rope.
