Description
This is a one of the kind, first elastic skipping rope, which can also be used as a resistance tube. From the Elastic series, an innovation by Excellerator, it is equipped with ergonomic handles mounted on ball bearings, allowing increased speed with more comfort during the effort. In addition, the handles can be weighted by 154gms (optional) in order to develop strength of wrist and arms.
- 2.55m/2.85m long jump rope with resistance tubing.
- 6mm thick, elastic rope.
- White ergonomic handles mounted on ball bearings, offering the possibility to combine strength and cardio-vascular exercises.
- Includes a natural-cotton carry bag.
- 2.55m is suitable for people less than 1m 75cm height, whereas the 2.85m is ideal for people over 1m 75cm height.
- Resistance of rope: 6kg.
