Description :
WSF Genesis Universal Lifting and Dipping Belt can be used as both a traditional weightlifting belt and a traditional dip belt, without the requirement of any additional components.
As a properly designed belt, it increases intra-abdominal pressure, which in turn provides stability and support to the lumbar region of the back during resistance exercise.
As a dip belt is used to add weight to your own body for the purposes of performing dip, chin-ups, calf raises, etc.
Some advantages of the Genesis Belt:
• can be used as either a weightlifting belt or a dip belt
• polyester webbing core provides incredible strength and support
• non-tapered ends provide full abdominal coverage
• solid nickel plated steel D-rings and buckle result in increased strength
• extended solid steel chain allows for more weight to be added
