A set of 4 resistance tubes ideal for home, gym workout.
One end of the resistance tubes is to loop on to the respective wrist and ankle cuffs, while the other end anchored at the back of the waist belt, providing resistance in training to enhance striking speed and power of the limbs. With regular use, it tones arms, chest, shoulders and back.
