Description :
Hand paddles are attached to your hands and allow a swimmer to “grab” more water and as a result have greater propulsion. Apparently the main reason for using these is to get a feel for “grabbing the water” and how it increases your speed. The role of these hand paddles is to train the users in utilizing the muscles needed to swim effectively. There is a plate made up of plastic which is tied to the palm of the swimmer and then is rounded up on the hand of the swimmer with the help of elastic cords.
