This Extreme series jump rope by Excellerator is suitable for advanced users. It is equipped with ergonomic handles mounted on ball bearings, allowing increased speed with more comfort during the effort. In addition, the handles can be weighted by 154gms (optional) in order to develop strength of wrist and arms.
